Thank you for your interest in becoming a GoChess XR beta tester.
We're producing a limited batch of early GoChess XR units for a small group of testers. The goal is to fine-tune the user experience and overall system performance before shipping thousands of units worldwide.
GoChess XR is an advanced product with collaborative robotics, and it requires proper setup to run smoothly in different environments. With over 10,000 units to deliver, it's critical that we finalize clear instructions, stable performance, and a seamless onboarding experience.
As a beta tester, you're essentially joining the GoChess XR team. We need you to set up, use, and play with the system in your real environment, and share clear, honest feedback. This includes recording short videos of your unboxing, setup, and gameplay so we can see exactly what you experience. Throughout the beta, you'll receive multiple software and firmware updates, and we'll ask you to test each new version so we can iterate quickly and improve together.
In short: use it, film it, test it, challange it - tell us, and help us ship the best GoChess XR possible.

Your feedback directly influences the final product experience
We will ship a few hundred GoChess XR units to the beta group. The hardware you receive, including the board, base, pieces, and robotics (mechanics, electronics, and overall build) is final design and mass-production quality. More than that, it is individually tested by our factory R&D team. Unless a specific hardware defect is found, this is the final product you'll get to keep.
The software (app + board/robot firmware) is not final, and this is where your feedback is essential. You will receive ongoing updates as we refine it together. Please note that some manuals and cosmetic elements (such as user guides etc.) may still change before mass production, and not necessarily appear in the beta units you receive.
